This position is more than just labor you'll gain experience in carpentry, construction techniques, and project management, with the potential to grow into more specialized roles. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Trim and finish carpentry</li><li>Assess and complete punch list items, including minor repairs.</li><li>Handle site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance</li><li>Repair and install fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors and more.</li><li>Perform basic tasks such as power washing, shop vacuuming, and other site maintenance.</li><li>Run errands for materials and supplies with a clear understanding of the project requirements.</li><li>Safely load, unload, and organize tools and materials on-site.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in trim carpentry.</li><li>Familiarity with basic tools and construction techniques</li><li>Ability to manage punch lists and oversee project completion</li><li>Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.</li><li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check.</li><li>Ability to follow directions, think critically, and work independently when needed.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Competitive pay range: $25.00 - $28.00 hr based on experience.</li><li>Company-provided vehicle and gas card.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li><li>Be part of a dedicated, close-knit team working on high-quality projects.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience in a variety of construction disciplines.</li></ul><h1> </h1>
