This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can manage multiple tasks and drive teams toward success while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects from start to finish.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards are met.</li><li>Coordinate and manage daily tasks, scheduling, and materials to ensure project timelines are followed.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, adjust as necessary, and ensure costs are kept under control.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site management protocols.</li><li>Utilize project management software such as Buildertrend to maintain detailed progress reports, budgets, and schedules.</li><li>Regularly visit job sites to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure quality work.</li><li>Work closely with the Site Superintendent and carpenters to solve problems, streamline workflows, and deliver superior results.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential construction project management.</li><li>Proven track record of leading projects and managing a team in the construction industry.</li><li>Proficient in project management software (experience with Buildertrend or similar preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of managing several projects at once.</li><li>Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.</li><li>Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.</li><li>A bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field is preferred.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Full Time</li><li>Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience.</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Company truck and gas card provided.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a family-oriented and supportive company.</li></ul>
