As a Project Manager at Shonebarger General LLC, you will oversee residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can manage multiple tasks and drive teams toward success while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and manage daily tasks, scheduling, and materials to ensure project timelines are followed.
  • Monitor project budgets, adjust as necessary, and ensure costs are kept under control.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and site management protocols.
  • Utilize project management software such as Buildertrend to maintain detailed progress reports, budgets, and schedules.
  • Regularly visit job sites to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure quality work.
  • Work closely with the Site Superintendent and carpenters to solve problems, streamline workflows, and deliver superior results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and managing a team in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in project management software (experience with Buildertrend or similar preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of managing several projects at once.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Full Time
  • Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
  • Paid Time Off
